Matt Lincoln plot

dr. Matt Lincoln, a so-called "community psychiatrist," has set up a telephone hotline for troubled teens. In addition, he also runs a free walk-in clinic to help people with their mental health problems. He finances these two companies through a private practice that he also owns. At the helpline, he is joined by Tag and Jimmy, two hip, young employees, Ann, an attractive young woman, and Kevin, a somewhat cynical police officer.
