Ku’damm 59 plot

After the events of Ku'Damm 56, the life of Caterina Schöllack and her three daughters continues. In the fifties they fight for emancipation and the realization of their own dreams. Monika, Helga and Eva have grown up and are finding their way in the rigid society of the late 1950s. Monika and Freddy have careers in show business, while mother Caterina acts as manager. Meanwhile, Helga works hard to be the perfect housewife and mother for Monika's daughter Dorli. Eva struggles with her life as a professor's wife.
