Golden Fiddles plot

South Australia, late 1920s. Walter and Anne Balfour's small farm barely produces enough for them and their children. In addition, the bank expects monthly mortgage payments. Unable to provide a better life for his family, Walter is a broken man. Then Anne receives a letter informing her that her recently deceased uncle has left her a fortune.
