Edward the Seventh plot

At the center is the life of Edward the Seventh, the king who had to wait almost 60 years on his throne. Called "Bertie" by his parents and "Teddy" by his subjects, the man conquered the hearts of beautiful women and found a terrible enemy in his mother, Queen Victoria. The story spans 70 of the most eventful years in the history of Britain, the proud country then at the height of its power. We see the enormous impact that one monarch had on his world in the short ten years that he reigned. We also get to know the person Edward, with his strengths, his weaknesses and - ultimately - his class.
