Deadline 25/5 plot
Marianne Smidt no longer works as a journalist, so she has more time for herself and for her son Seppe. However, her quiet life is shaken when Seppe and his classmates are victims of CO poisoning at school. An accident with dramatic consequences ensues and speculation about the cause is rife. Everything points to human error, but Marianne suspects that there is more to it. She picks up her job at Gazet van Antwerpen again, because she believes in principle that the truth must be told. Always and everywhere.
