De Smaak van De Keyser plot
The series tells the story of Helena De Keyser, the daughter of a gin manufacturer, who loses her childhood sweetheart in an unclear accident during WWII. She marries his best friend and takes over the running of the distillery when her father dies. However, the doubt about the true circumstances of the accident will define her whole life. With the help of her granddaughter, she solves the mystery before her death.

Nice that there are people in Belgium who want to make something other than comedy or police series, but that doesn't mean it's good of course. The whole series is so incredibly stiff. Then the rest may still be decent, locations, scenarios, ... . But all that ridiculously exaggerated stiff stuff ensures that I really can't score this highly.
