Amsterdam Empire plot
Jack van Doorn, the wealthy and notorious founder of the coffee shop empire Jackal, has had to fight criminals, competitors and absurd Dutch laws his entire career to become the biggest of them all. When his affair with a well-known journalist comes to light, it turns out that his most dangerous enemy has been living under his roof all along: his betrayed wife, Betty, an ex-pop diva who knows all his weaknesses and secrets and will not rest until she has taken everything from him.

Amsterdam Empire is a very strong series that surpasses Undercover in almost every way. The acting is quite good, and Victor Löw's is even exceptional. There's plenty of action, plenty of intrigue, and a fantastic finale. The direction and editing are also top-notch. This is a series you'll watch in one sitting.
