Alert: Missing Persons Unit plot

When police officer Nikki Batista's son goes missing, she joins the LAPD's Missing Person's Unit to help other people find their loved ones. Six years later, her world is turned upside down when her ex-husband, Jason Grant, shows up with proof of life of their missing boy. What follows is a search by Nikki and Jason for the truth about the person claiming to be their long-lost son.

Als je de onnozele versie van Goede Tijden Slechte Tijden wilt zien dan is dit jouw serie. Wat een domme vertoning. Oh ja, en per aflevering is er nog een vermissing, maar dat terzijde. De cast is belabberd en dat wat ze neerzetten ook. Als dit een afspiegeling moet zijn van de Missing Person's Unit, inclusie die voodoo-dame, dan moeten ze zich in de USA ernstige zorgen maken. Bij de verhalen waar het eigenlijk om zou moeten gaan, de vermissingen, zitten er een paar die best redelijk in elkaar zijn gezet. Helaas worden deze compleet overschaduwd door de relaties van Nikki en het gedoe rondom 'Keith'. Wat dat betreft kun je beter de Belgische serie Vermist (2008 - 2016) kijken; stukken beter dan deze simpele Amerikaanse serie.

If you want to see the silly version of Good Times Bad Times then this is your series. What a stupid display. Oh yes, and there is another missing person per episode, but that's besides the point. The cast is lousy and so is what they perform. If this is to be a reflection of the Missing Person's Unit, including that voodoo lady, then they in the USA should be seriously concerned. Among the stories that should actually be about, the missing persons, there are a few that have been put together quite reasonably. Unfortunately, these are completely overshadowed by Nikki's relationships and the fuss surrounding 'Keith'. In that respect, it is better to watch the Belgian series Vermist (2008 - 2016); Much better than this simple American series.
