Oorlogsalbums plot

In 'War Albums', presenter Philip Freriks, together with a group of experts, searches for the identity of unknown soldiers from the Second World War. They dig through photo albums and, as 'historical detectives', try to find out who the soldiers were, where they were during the war and what happened to them. Their mission is to reunite the albums with relatives and to continue to remember the stories. In the diptych, two anonymous photo albums of an American and a German soldier, which have surfaced online, are examined.
