'De Flandriens van het Veld' is a documentary series in the run-up to the Cyclo-cross World Championships that took place on 29 January in Belgium, in the dunes of Koksijde. Belgian world champions and their arch-rivals tell what happened before, during and after legendary World Cups. Images burned into our retinas take on a new meaning after the testimonies of the protagonists. From the first Belgian world title, in 1966, to the yet to be crowned world champion of 2012.
