WaPo Duisburg plot

Gerhard Jäger is transferred from the murder squad to the Duisburg water police. Together with his colleagues, the former top swimmer Arda Turan, Frank van Dijk, a native Dutchman, and Lena Preser, the secretary, he investigates crimes. The team is led by Maria Kruppka and solves cases such as drug smuggling, manslaughter, robbery and kidnapping - much to the chagrin of the incompetent CID officer Carsten Heinrich, who was very happy with Jäger's transfer to the "duck police".
