Silicon Valley plot

Richard, an introverted computer programmer, resides with his soul mate Big Head, the pompous Gilfoyle and the sarcastic Dinesh at the Hacker Hostel, a breeding ground for budding talent of smug dot-com billionaire Erlich. They don't pay rent, but he wants ten percent of what their projects yield. When Richard, with his total lack of social skills, devises a revolutionary search algorithm, he is caught off guard by numerous bidders. At his wits' end, he decides to start his own company.
