Jeeves and Wooster plot

Wooster is a well-to-do bachelor, and he and his friends are helped in all sorts of ways by the genius Jeeves. These situations arise because young people, in the time in which the series is set, were often dependent on uncles and aunts who interfered with everything. For example, if a friend of Wooster's fell in love, he would need Jeeves' help on a trick to get an uncle to give permission to marry. The comedic consequences of this and the solving of the problems make up the storyline.
