Instafamous plot

Fleur, Flanders' most famous influencer, has an accident in front of all her followers during an Instagram livestream. As a result, her Instagram account - with a huge number of followers - is deleted. Fleur himself ends up in a coma as a result of the accident. When she wakes up from her coma, she suffers from amnesia, with no memory of her Instagram career. Gone followers. Road picture perfect life.
