Going Dutch plot
Patrick Quinn, a foul-mouthed U.S. Army colonel, is punished for an unfiltered tirade by being sent to a Dutch base. After serving with distinction in every war zone over the past three decades, he is now in charge of the least important military base in the world. A base with no weapons and no tactical purpose. There he tries to restore order with the help of his estranged daughter, who is the interim commander.
