B.A.B.S. plot

Loek Nieuwenhaag struggles daily with the handicaps of fear of failure, hyperventilation, claustrophobia and fear of contamination. He recently became unemployed and is looking for a new job. He finds it at the Look-a-Layla agency that rents out lookalikes, because he resembles the well-known actor Anton Faber like two drops of water. This actor plays the lead role as a wedding official in the popular Dutch movie 'Forever Connected' with a well-known wedding scene that for many people is the pinnacle of romance. Loek is now much in demand as a BABS (Special Civil Registry Officer) for weddings. Loek doesn't get it easy in his private life when his girlfriend Anneke wants to finish a bucket list.
