The Tick plot
After invading a superhero convention, the blue-clad "The Tick" is named protector of the city. He soon runs into Arthur, an accountant who has just been fired for likes to dress up as a moth. The super-strong but slow-witted Tick and his sidekick Arthur soon form a partnership to protect the city from a host of nefarious villains.
