Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist plot
dr. Katz is a psychologist. He is divorced and his adult son Ben, who does not know what he wants in life, lives with him. He tries to help his (known or unknown) patients as best he can with their traumas, paranoia, conflicts and other problems. He also has his own problems. His hobby is wasting his sarcastic receptionist Laura's time with corny opening lines and inventions. He is in love with Julie, a physiotherapist in training who is behind the bar in his favorite cafe.

Great this, had actually forgotten about it. Tried episode 1 again yesterday (poor quality YT), but the animation isn't great ('squigglevision', made on the computer)... the humor is mostly okay. Like some Charlie Brown characters have come of age and end up in Seinfeld's Bizarro World, something like that.
I read somewhere that this was the series that put Comedy Central on the map.
I will definitely watch more episodes, but keep it at 4* for now.
