A mother hides a mysterious secret from her past and lives with her daughter Bambi as an unnamed fugitive. The two stay in hotels and see everyone else as a threat. They leave behind a trail of corpses, but when the luxury hotels are replaced by seedy motels, it becomes clear that the fairytale is not all her mother Bambi promised.
