Those Who Kill plot
Catherine Jensen, a recently promoted detective, enlists the help of Thomas Schaeffer, a forensic psychologist, in tracking down serial killers. For some time she has been searching for the truth behind her brother's disappearance. She thinks he has something to do with his stepfather, Judge Howard Burgess. Gradually she tries to involve Schaeffer more and more in her personal research.
