Indeed, a really good series. Strong women in the leading role. Nowadays often associated with woke but I wouldn't say that here. Certainly Marguerite and Suzanne Faure color the series. Their storyline is just a bit more interesting than the other 2 women.

Particularly strong mini-series about WW1.

Drama made with much love and care. The many extras, the uniforms and other costumes, the fights, the vehicles were very convincing.

Top actors. Beautiful camera images.

Just a big kick below the belt to the Catholic church.

Certainly an ode to the women who helped in this war. Of course it is dramatized and sometimes a bit over the top. Nevertheless, a high-quality series. For example, Netflix can make more.
