Zero Waste Chef plot
A journey through Europe with a Michelin star chef who cooks according to the Zero Waste philosophy. Diego, a young environmentalist, works on projects to change the food industry and learns to cook with as little waste as possible. Each episode takes place in a European country where each episode will focus on a single category of food (fish, vegetables, legumes, pasta...) of which each of the chosen chefs is an expert in their handling and preparation. In addition to the chef interviews, each episode is complemented by other characters involved in activities or projects related to food and environmental sustainability.
