The NPO celebrates our national television history with special programming. Every genre is featured, so that the whole of the Netherlands can celebrate seventy years of television together. The NPO celebrates the rich Dutch television history for four days with a variety of new and specially composed programs. Exactly seventy years after the first Dutch television broadcast was broadcast from Bussum, the NPO nets, NPO Start and the online channels are dominated by high-profile television programs that have informed, relaxed and connected the Netherlands.
