WWII in Color: Road to Victory plot
Through historical footage and commentary, this documentary provides in-depth insights into the leading figures and decisive turning points during World War II. In 1940 the Germans seem invincible, but three years later the tide turns for the Allies thanks to ingenuity, new technology and a little luck. Attention is also paid to the struggle in North Africa, Kursk and Italy, as well as the uprising of the resistance fighters in Paris and the use of nuclear weapons against Japan by the Americans.
