Due South plot

Benton Fraser is a Canadian mountie. When his father, a mountie legend, is murdered in the United States, he hands in his parka and dog sled and heads south with his deaf and half-blind dog to Chicago. There he is linked to Ray Vecchio, an American agent. Unlike Fraser, Ray doesn't take the rules too seriously and even believes that rules are made to be broken.
