Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons plot
One day a group of astronauts goes on an expedition to the planet Mars. During this expedition they discover a large city on Mars and when they want to enter the city they are suddenly shot at. In self-defense, they decide to destroy the city. In doing so, they unintentionally provoke an interplanetary war. The city turned out to belong to the Mysterons, a race of aliens with superpowers. The Mysterons now want to wipe out the entire Earth population and take over the Earth. They do this by committing various terrorist attacks. Spectrum is an international security organization that has to stop these evil creatures.
