Robin Hood plot

Robin of Locksley returns home after fighting for king and country in the Holy Land. He sees that Nottingham has turned into a thoroughly corrupt place. The ruthless sheriff of Nottingham holds sway. He imposes scandalously heavy taxes on the poor and even stealing a loaf of bread is cruelly punished. Noble Robin and his loyal, wimpy sidekick Much are determined to stand up for the hapless citizens. They are helped by a colorful group of outlaws.
