Bless the Harts plot

The Harts family lives in the South of America and is always broke. They hope to achieve the American dream one day. Jenny Hart is a single mother who supports her family as a waitress in the small town of Greenpoint, NC. Although Jenny is the head of her family, she often stands at odds with or stands behind her lottery-obsessed mother, Betty, and her witty, creative daughter, Violet. Jenny's loving, eternally optimistic boyfriend, Wayne Edwards, is the love of her life and a surrogate father for Violet. He is a charming dreamer who may never strike a big blow, but he does not give up the fight. In the end, the Harts may not have much, but they may have everything they need.
