GI Joe is the code name for special missions carried out by America's finest elite troops. The goal: to defend human freedom against Cobra. A ruthless terrorist organization determined to rule the world. Cobra is not just an organization. Cobra has several mercenaries who are only too happy to make things difficult for 'Joe's'. GI Joe and Cobra are therefore two organizations that are evenly matched.
