Made in India: A Titan Story plot
The story is set in 1970s Bombay and follows the daring journey of Xerxes Desai and Akash Bansal, who challenge the smuggler-dominated watch market with the dream of their own top Indian brand. Titan overcomes a series of nearly fatal obstacles, such as bureaucratic roadblocks, financial dead ends, failed prototypes, and personal sacrifices. Just as the company becomes a national success, a risky European expansion shatters the team, leaving Titan on the brink of collapse. With time running out and the board seeking to replace them, the team reunites for a final, desperate attempt at reinvention. They risk everything for one untested idea that could end Titan for good or redefine India's position in the global watch industry.
