Puissant rijke families zijn op hun leukst als het decadente ellendelingen zijn die meer geld dan moraal hebben. De titel suggereert HBO-rauwheid, maar écht dirty of sexy wil het nergens worden. Daarvoor is hoofdpersonage Peter Krause (Nate uit Six Feet Under) als idealistische familie-advocaat net teveel de goedheid zelve, die de gerechtelijke dwalingen van de verwende rijkeluiskinderen steeds rechttrekt. Toch vermakelijk door leuke rollen van Donald Sutherland, Nathalie Zea en William Baldwin.

Extremely wealthy families are at their best when they are decadent wretches who have more money than morals. The title suggests HBO rawness, but it doesn't want to get really dirty or sexy anywhere. For that, the main character Peter Krause (Nate from Six Feet Under) as an idealistic family lawyer is just too much goodness itself, who always corrects the judicial errors of the spoiled rich kid. Still entertaining due to fun roles by Donald Sutherland, Nathalie Zea and William Baldwin.
