I don't understand the hype surrounding this series.
The first three episodes are strong, focusing on stalker Martha. Unfortunately, the outlined narrative takes a drastically different turn from part four onwards, which made me lose my sympathy for the main character - especially because of the absurd choices he makes. No, the expectations created by the first episodes were not met at all. Rather, it caused irritation.
I watched the series purely because I wanted to know how it ended. Conclusion; I found it annoying.

An excellent series.
Top acting.
Although some scenes are very funny, the situation is very sad. A psychological battle develops. The manipulative stalker and the struggling comedian/bartender.
Nowadays it is almost always about women who are harassed. As serious as that is, men are also harassed. In this series it leads to stalking and abuse. It's good that attention is being paid to this in this series.

I'm not going to write a whole story like some here. What a strange mini series, but all in all very good and bearing in mind that most of it is true. Many messages are real messages and the protagonist is actually the one who was stalked. These are things that bring something extra. The series falls a bit silent with a few episodes when you hardly see Martha, but the ending is very strong. Yes, good series based on a true story.
