Both seasons 1 and 2 belong much more to the drama genre than to the crime genre. Levin plays a pretty dull Noack, which doesn't help the plot. If you can put that fact aside then the series is quite reasonable to watch. However, this series certainly does not match the real Scandinavian crime series. The whole remains reasonably interesting, but it never gets exciting. As the episodes tick by, the dorky character Oliver also becomes more and more annoying to watch. Both the end of season 1 and season 2 are again typically Scandinavian: the road to it is long and the end is badly worked out. The end of season 2 has decent openings to a third season, but from what I understand it won't happen.
