This was arguably the best season of the series. Hard to say, since I had to wait two years for it and there are far fewer episodes. However, I've had a lot of laughs this season, especially at Holt and Jake. The writers have been creative with Holt, allowing them to put him in whole new situations. Hopefully we'll see what Wario did to Jake. I'm curious now though.

The format is starting to get tired. They are trying to freshen up 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' with the demotion of Captain Holt and the introduction of new characters like Dillman, Captain Kim and Debbie. But I notice more and more that the storylines are becoming more and more random. Also less focused on the dynamics of the group, but just weird things to keep different characters busy. Also a lot of cheesy stuff about a desire to have children and a possible pregnancy. It is even starting to get annoying that there is yet another heist about Doug Judy and yet another heist on Halloween.
