After a lady from Poland claimed to be Maddie McCan, I watched the 8 episodes of this series in 2 months. At first I had the impression that the narrative is that the parents and/or the group of friends know more about the disappearance. Once further into the documentary, it appears that there is no evidence for this and that the parents have been victims of "trolls" on the internet. There is a lot of unnecessary information in the 8 hours of the entire series. But those who watch the series are rewarded with the knowledge of what is not true about Maddie's disappearance and that this is the result of the work of internet trolls. By the way, the sub-topic “trolling on the internet” is also very interesting in 2023, especially in the context of fake news.
