Good Omens plot

According to "The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch" (the only completely accurate book of prophecies in the world), the world ends on a Saturday. Even next Saturday. Right before dinner. So the armies of Good and Evil assemble, Atlantis rises and the temperaments stir. Everything seems to be going according to the 'Divine Plan'. Except for Aziraphale, a somewhat finicky angel, and Crowley, a demon - both of whom have lived among the mortals of Earth since the early days and have come to like the lifestyle quite a bit - don't really look forward to the coming war.

Nice miniseries, based on the book of the same name by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. A little too bland here and there and visually it's not all that much, but the six episodes are just fresh and silly enough to keep you interested. Lead players David Tennant and Michael Sheen, both sublimely cast, clearly have to pull the trigger, because as soon as they are out of the picture things quickly become less interesting.
