"Tim holt rides again!"
Marvin Hayden returns to his Arizona ranch. Once there, he finds out that his ranch has to be sold. Saloon owner Trimble Carson, his partner Johnny Blue and Sheriff Bagley have learned that a dam is to be built on the site of Hayden's ranch. The three plan to take control of the land. Hayden's neighbors are Ellen Jorth and her brothers Chick and Lee. They too have a bone to pick with Hayden over an old family feud.
