The Vanishing Outpost plot
"WHEN THE LAW JOINS 'LASH'...OUTLAWS TAKE COVER!"
Lash LaRue is a member of the Pinkerton Detective Bureau and must try to put an end to the practices of a violent gang. Lash is aided by his partner Al "Fuzzy" St. John. The gang makes clever use of communication with each other, by means of cans with a thread that has been smeared with wax through them. This way, the gang has outrun everyone so far.
