The Lash plot
""Tonight I Love You. Tomorrow I must be far away . . ""
Around 1850, Don Francisco "Pancho" Delfino returns to California from university in Mexico. His homeland now appears to be in the hands of unscrupulous Americans. His family's estate is in ruins and his loved ones live in fear. Furious, Francisco has a herd of cattle that he has to deliver to Peter Harkness, the corrupt land commissioner from whom he still owes money. Francisco is therefore nicknamed 'El Puma'. Under this nickname, Francisco then starts attacking the American occupiers like a Robin Hood.
