Sunset Pass plot

Jack is employed by a cattle rancher's association and tries to round up a gang of cattle thieves. To do this, he infiltrates a prison and comes into contact with Clink Peeples. Peeples directs Rock to Ash Preston in Wagon Tongue if he wants to get in touch with the gang. Rock "escapes" from prison, posing as the bandit Jim Collins. He saves Preston's life during a fight in a bar and Preston then promises him a job on his ranch. One day, Rock sees Preston talking to a member of the gang and follows Preston as he makes his way to the gang's hideout.
