Newly recruited US Marshal Sundown Jim Majors arrives at a wintry mountain village. Majors arrives just as three factions are fighting each other: Ben Moffitt with his henchman Brick and his band of outlaws, Ring Barr with his sons, and Dobe Hyde, who has help from Nat Oldroyd. When Moffitt and Hyde team up to kill Ring Barr, Majors convinces Dan and Andrew, Ring Barr's two sons, to join him and Nat Oldroyd to go after Moffitt and his henchmen.
