Silver has been found on "Pop" McGee's ranch and Phil Randall has his sights set on McGee's land. Accusing McGee of cattle theft, old McGee is caught and sentenced to noose. "Boots" Annie is convinced of McGee's innocence, and she has Nevada marshals Jack McKenzie and Sandy Hopkins come over to rescue McGee. The two free McGee from his cell and hunt for enough evidence to bring down the true culprits.
