Pals in Peril plot

Bill Gordon and Shorty Gilmore are arrested by the sheriff when they get into a fight with Blackie Burns, the terror of the town. The sheriff wants to drop charges against the two if they agree to work for their victim's boss Luther Fox. Bill and Shorty soon discover that their new boss is playing foul game by trying to take over Pete Bassett's land with the help of cattle thieves. The two get help from Bassett's parents and sister in their attempt to bring Fox and the corrupt sheriff to justice.
