Mule Train plot

"GET A-LONG MULE!!! TO THE SONG-RAGE OF THE YEAR!"

A prospector discovers natural cement and comes up with the idea of using it for a new dam. But this is the last thing the bad guys of Trail End want, as they have a monopoly over the wagons needed to transport rocks to the place. But there is hope in the form of a singing marshal.
