"RECKLESS ROMANCE ON A DANGER-PAVED TRAIL!"
'Cash' Karger (Wallis Clark) is a corrupt politician in Casper County. He hatches a plan to appropriate all the land and livestock of the local ranchers. He cuts off the water supply and demands large sums of money as a toll. He also pays henchmen to operate as cattle thieves. When Tom Devlin (Buck Jones) manages to arrest one of the thieves and later turns out to be murdered, Karger shifts the blame onto Buck.
