After two bandits attempt to scam the people of Sage City, Gene Autry and his partner Frog Millhouse (Burnette) chase them into Mexico. Once in Mexico, the two bandits try to strike again. This time a wealthy Mexican rancher is the victim. It's up to Gene and Frog to stop the bandits.
