Desperate Trails plot

"A TRIPLE BLAST OF FURY!"

Marshal Jim Cort asks Steve Hayden to investigate an escape of a herd of horses. Steve can prevent an attempt on his life. He and his comrade Bill 'Cousin Willie' Strong find the broken horses. Both learn from an outlaw that Sheriff Bill Tanner has let the horses escape. Bill Tanner, meanwhile, has convinced the townspeople that Steve is a murderer and horse thief and forms a posse to arrest him.
