Bar-Z Bad Men plot

Jim Waters arrives at Ed Parks' ranch and discovers that his livestock has mysteriously increased. Hamp Harvey is just losing cattle and he suspects that Parks is responsible for this. However, the culprit is Harvey's foreman Brent, who got his orders from the town's chief citizen, Sig Bostell. He wants Harvey's ranch and after trying to frame him by killing Parks, Waters takes over and goes after both the killer and the thieves.
