Gene Autry and Pat Buttram are cavalry scouts. Gene and Pat are tasked by the US president to round up a band of outlaws who are making the Arizona border unsafe by provoking Native American uprisings to cover up their illegal activities. The feisty Carolina Cotton teams up with Gene and Pat. Carolina wants revenge on Dave Kilgrain, the leader of the gang of outlaws. Dave would have killed her father.
