Angel in Exile plot
"Thrilling moments to make an outlaw forget his danger!"
After his release from prison, intrepid criminal Charlie Dakin heads to Mexico in search of the stolen gold hidden in a mine shaft by Dakin's criminal partners Max Giorgio and Carl Spitz. Dakin pretends to be an honest prospector. He mixes the gold with sand so that the local villagers assume that he came only for the wealth already present in the mine. But the impoverished locals are overjoyed that the long-depreciated mine has proven to be productive again, and they see Dakin's 'find' as a miracle, owed to a guardian angel. Dakin is touched by the villagers' simple belief that he is changing his attitude, but his cohorts Max and Carl are less sentimental.
